Whiteside Mountain is said to be the oldest mountain in the world. With heights to 750 feet and views that have to be seen to appreciate, Whiteside is our favorite place to rappel on a regular basis.
Vertical Reality Training Center is located in north west Ohio. The facility is set up to do all kinds of vertical & horizontal training as well as recreational fun.
Another passion of the Adventure Rappels team is cave diving. We frequently travel to north Florida, Missouri and other locations to explore underwater caves.

Hocking Hills region in Ohio is a great place to practice vertical skills. With vertical heights to 120 feet it is one of our favorite places to play and practice.
The team likes to get away from the busy everyday life to the great outdoors. Hiking is a great way to see the wildlife as well as relax and enjoy nature.
Bridge Day happens once a year the third week in October. We are fortunate to be on the Born Rescue riggers team for this event, an 876' rappel.
